Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 Mail Set-Up
- Start Outlook.
- On the File menu, click Info, and then click Account Settings
- Select Account Settings from the drop-down list.
- On the Email tab, click New, select Email Account, and then click Next
- Click to select the Manually configure server settings, and then click Next
- Click Internet E-Mail, and then click Next
- Under User Information type in your full name and email address
- Under Server Information:
- The Account Type is POP
- The Incoming Mail Server is mail.rof.net
- The Outgoing Server is smtp.rof.net
- Under Logon Information:
- Enter your username and password, where the username is everything before the @ in your email address.
- You can tell Outlook 2010 to save your password by putting a check in the "Remember Password" checkbox.
- Click the "More Settings" box
- A new window opens, click the "Outgoing Server" Tab
- Place a checkmark in the first box, (My outgoing server SMTP requires authentication) then press OK to close the window.
- Click Next, then click Finish.
