Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 Mail Set-Up

     
  1. Start Outlook.
  2. On the File menu, click Info, and then click Account Settings
  3. Select Account Settings from the drop-down list.
  4. On the Email tab, click New, select Email Account, and then click Next
  5. Click to select the Manually configure server settings, and then click Next
  6. Click Internet E-Mail, and then click Next
  7. Under User Information type in your full name and email address
  8. Under Server Information:  
    • The Account Type is POP
    • The Incoming Mail Server is mail.rof.net
    • The Outgoing Server is smtp.rof.net
  9. Under Logon Information:
    • Enter your username and password, where the username is everything before the @ in your email address.
  10. You can tell Outlook 2010 to save your password by putting a check in the "Remember Password" checkbox.
  11. Click the "More Settings" box
  12. A new window opens, click the "Outgoing Server" Tab
  13. Place a checkmark in the first box, (My outgoing server SMTP requires authentication) then press OK to close the window.
  14. Click Next, then click Finish.
